The short version

MoneyCalculatorHQ has no user accounts, no sign-ups, and no forms that store your information. The calculators run entirely in your web browser: the figures you type into any tool on this site are processed on your own device and are never transmitted to us or stored by us. We cannot see your salary, your debts, or your savings goals — by design, not just by policy.

Information we do not collect

We do not collect names, email addresses (unless you email us — see below), financial figures entered into calculators, account credentials, or payment information. There is nothing to log in to and nothing to buy, so none of that data exists on our systems.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting and analytics may record standard technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view, and the referring page. We use this in aggregate to understand which calculators are useful and to keep the site working. It is not combined with any identity — we do not have one for you — and it is not sold.

Cookies and advertising

This site is supported by advertising. Advertising partners, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your browsing. You can opt out of personalized advertising through Google's Ads Settings, and you can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time; the calculators work identically with cookies disabled. Where required by law, we present a consent notice for advertising cookies and honor the choice you make.

Email you send us

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use them only to reply and, for error reports, to verify and fix the issue you raised. We do not add correspondents to marketing lists and we do not share email addresses with third parties.

Third-party links

Pages on this site may link to external websites for reference. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; their own policies govern anything you share with them.

Children

This site is a general-audience educational resource about financial calculations. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes — for example, introducing accounts or data collection — would be announced on the homepage as well.
